Teaching Format

The online teaching via Zoom is spread over a period of 3 consecutive days of 60 to 90 minutes per session. This is followed by a meeting around 7 to 10 days later to check your progress and to deal with any outstanding questions you may have. Thereafter I provide unlimited free support. My door is always open for any issues you want to discuss.

Day One

The first session consists of clear, step by step instructions on exactly how to practice meditation. There is nothing complicated about it. It's very simple, but very effective. Before we meet again on the following day you will practice on your own at home.

Day Two

We start the second session by reviewing your answers to some specific questions I sent you on a Q&A form that will reveal your experiences so far. Yes, we expect very quick results! We will get more deeply into these experiences and correct any doubts or misunderstandings about the practice.

In the final session my job will be to ensure that you feel completely confident and self-sufficient about practicing on your own. Even after practicing only a few times it will start to become apparent from your experience how this regular routine can be of positive benefit and lead to greater peace of mind. We will discuss the more profound implications of how meditation is a path to liberation.

Day Three

But First........

We start with an introductory chat over Zoom. It's free and without any obligation on your part. If at the end of the chat you decide not to go ahead that's absolutely fine. It gives me a chance to explain what this practice is all about and to answer all your questions. And it's a way for you to find out if this is right for you without making any prior commitment. The course fee is $200. That's a one-time payment which includes unlimited aftercare should you need it.
